While some jewelry items may be readily available to ship immediately, most are Made To Order. Regardless, your order will be ready to ship within 1-5 business days of purchase date, unless otherwise stated.

We currently ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail. A Flat Rate of $8 is charged at checkout for all orders.

How to Care for your August Moon Co. Jewelry
August Moon Co. Jewelry is delicate and handmade. We use 14k Gold-Filled Chain + Hardware (clasps, jump rings, etc.), and 14k Gold-Plated Bezels + Pendants, unless otherwise stated. The Gold-Plating over Brass may naturally fade or patina over time, but the jewelry still maintains its aesthetic in our eyes. To extend the life of your jewelry, follow these tips:
A note on Magnetic Clasps:
The magnetic clasps are incredibly strong! To unfasten, be sure to pull apart by grasping the two ends of the magnetic clasp. Try to avoid pulling the clasp apart by yanking on either end of the chain, as the chain is delicate and this is a handmade product. Yanking on the chain will stretch the links and wear out the chain faster, and August Moon Co. may not replace stretched chains.
1-Year Warranty
In the odd circumstance that your jewelry item breaks or its construction becomes loose on its own within one year of purchase date, the materials may be replaced free of charge. Please contact me within 1 year of purchase date and provide proof of purchase. This does not apply to broken chain links.
If you are looking to repair a jewelry item that was damaged due to normal wear and tear (worn chain links that pull or snap, faded bezel plating, etc), I'd be happy to take a look at your item and fix or replace the materials for a small fee. Our current Pricing Menu is noted below, though is subject to change:

- Polish gently with jewelry cloth if chain or bezel darkens. No chemicals!
- Avoid wearing in water or shower.
- Keep in safe storage - try not tangle or leave at the bottom of your purse.
